Dennis,

Looking through the Blue Book there appears to be a flyer and registration form for the State Team on pages 20 and 21. It says the fee is $20 per player if postmarked by March 5th, $30 thereafter.

The link to the 2016 Blue Book is on the home page of the website. I think it tried to open it in Google Drive on my computer, but you can download it to open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader if that is your preference.

Yep, there will be a few updates to the Bluebook soon too. I will post it up as soon as i am finished then post up the main changes here. Most are tiny things, typos and what not, but the main change is that the K5 Section at the state individual will be 1 day instead of 2. K8 and K12, as promised, remain 2 days.
